We are pleased to announce the release of our “2024 ESG Report.” In this report, we present the progress of our ESG activities, highlighting the deepening of group-wide initiatives, the expansion into new areas, and the achievements and aspirations from the past year's efforts by both our portfolio companies and our firm.
We hope this report offers valuable insights into our ongoing commitment to ESG.

EUとして初の発行となる本報告書では、私たちが大切にしている投資理念とESGとの繋がりをはじめ、投資先とEUにおける一年間のESG取り組みの軌跡や想いをご紹介させていただいております。中でも、共に汗をかき同じ方向を向きながら取り組みを進めている全国各地の投資先の皆様をはじめ、EUのESG活動に関わる多くの方々の生の声を織り込むことを意識した内容としております。
本報告書が、私たちのESGへの取り組みをより深くご理解いただく一助となれば幸いです。是非、皆様からの様々なご意見・ご感想をお待ちしております。
We are pleased to announce the publication of our “2022 ESG Report.”
This report marks our first significant step to introduce our ESG activities undertaken with our portfolio companies.
In the report, we are trying to highlight the strong correlation between our investment philosophy and ESG initiatives. We’re also trying to introduce our collaboration with our portfolio companies in weaving voices, experiences and perspectives of the individuals involved in our ESG activities, aiming to share the same view and passion for sustainable growth.
We hope this report will be a support in fostering a better understanding of our commitment to both our investment and post-investment activities.

ESGへの取り組み ESG Approach
基本方針 Outline of our Approach to Responsible Investment
エンデバー・ユナイテッド株式会社およびそのグループ会社は、日本企業が直面する様々な経営課題に対して、適切な手法で資本を提供し、投資先の役職員の方々と共に中長期的な企業価値の向上を実現することを目指しています。そこでは投資先の取引先や取引金融機関等の様々な関係者との協調を重視する友好的なアプローチを採っています。こうした投資哲学を持つ当社グループは、環境・社会・ガバナンス（ESG）に関する課題が当社グループの経営および投資先企業の経営に重大な影響を及ぼすことを理解しています。
Endeavour United Co., Ltd. and its group companies provide capital in the best possible way to solve various management issues faced by Japanese companies, thereby aiming to enhance corporate value in the long term together with portfolio companies. We take a respectful approach to build a cooperative relationship with the wide range of stakeholders including business partners and relevant financial institutions. With this investment philosophy, the Group understands that environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues have a significant impact on both our own management and our portfolio companies’ management.
当社は、企業価値向上を目標とする投資方針に沿って、責任投資に係る手順、および投資におけるESGリスク管理および価値創造につながる機会を統合する独自の方針を2016年に策定しましたが、今般、さらに投資活動にESGを高度に統合させるべく、責任投資方針を改定しました。
In line with our investment philosophy aimed at enhancing corporate value, we have initially codified our Responsible Investment Policy in 2016, which has been reviewed and revised to this Policy in order to further integrate the procedures for responsible investment incorporating ESG risks and opportunities into value creation in our investments.
PRIへの署名 Signing the PRI
当社は、責任投資原則（PRI：Principles for Responsible Investment）に署名し、以下の6つの原則へのコミットメントを宣言しております。 As a signatory of PRI( The United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment）, as far as consistent with our fiduciary responsibilities, we commit to the following:
- 私たちは、投資分析と意思決定のプロセスに ESG の課題を組み込みます We will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes.
- 私たちは、活動的な所有者となり、所有方針と所有習慣にESG の課題を組み入れます We will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices.
- 私たちは、投資対象の主体に対して ESG の課題について適切な開示を求めます We will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which we invest.
- 私たちは、資産運用業界において本原則が受け入れられ、実行に移されるように働きかけを行います We will promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry.
- 私たちは、本原則を実行する際の効果を高めるために、協働します We will work together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the Principles.
- 私たちは、本原則の実行に関する活動状況や進捗状況に関して報告します We will each report on our activities and progress towards implementing the Principles.
社会貢献活動 Social Contribution Activities
私たちは国際連合が策定した持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の達成の重要性を踏まえ、社会・経済・環境に関する課題の解決に向けた取り組みを支援してまいりました。とりわけ、教育、ジェンダー平等、地域社会の支援に関わる分野を重点領域と位置づけています。
私たちは地域社会及び国際社会の一員として、今後も社会の課題の解決に向けた取り組みを続けてまいります。
We understand the importance of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set forth by the United Nations and have continuously supported efforts to address the social, economic, and environmental challenges facing the world. In particular, we regard education, gender equality, and support for local communities as our priority areas.
As a member of the local and the international communities, we will continue our efforts to help solve various social issues both domestically and internationally.
熊本地震被災地緊急支援 Emergency Relief for the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake
令和8年熊本地震の被災者支援として、避難所での医療支援を行う団体及び被災した子どもとその家族への支援を行う団体へ、緊急支援の寄附を行いました。 As part of our support for those affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, we made emergency donations to an organization providing medical assistance at evacuation shelters and to another supporting affected children and their families.
女子学生向け奨学金助成事業 Scholarship to Women Graduate Students
一般財団法人を設立し、国内の大学院に在籍する女子学生への奨学金（返済不要）を助成しています。 Established a foundation to provide non-repayable scholarships for women students enrolled in the following graduate schools in Japan.
こども食堂への支援 Support for Children's Cafeterias (Kodomo Shokudo)
学校の給食の提供がない長期休暇におけるこども食堂への支援プログラムに協賛し、認定NPO法人全国こども食堂支援センター・むすびえを通じて全国のこども食堂にお米をお届けしています。 We sponsor a support program for children's cafeterias during long school holidays, when school lunches are not provided, delivering rice to children's cafeterias across Japan through Nationwide Children’s Cafeteria Support Center Musubie.
ジャパンハートアジア小児医療センター開設プロジェクト Japan Heart Asia Children's Medical Center Opening Project
高額な治療費や施設・専門医の不足などにより治療が受けられない子どもたちのための病院の設立・運営を2016年より継続して支援しており、2025年10月に新たに開設された小児医療センターへも寄附を行いました。 Since 2016, we have continued to support the establishment and operation of hospitals for children who are unable to receive treatment due to factors such as high medical costs and a shortage of facilities and specialists. We also made a donation to the Japan Heart Asia Children's Medical Center, which opened in October 2025.
学校の衛生環境を整えるプロジェクト Project to Improve Sanitation in Schools
衛生設備の建設と修繕を中心に学校の衛生環境を整備し、生徒たちの健やかな学校生活を支えました。 We improved school sanitation by building and repairing facilities, supporting students in maintaining a healthy school environment.
