あずさ監査法人にて、製造・小売・飲食等の日系グローバル企業に対する、会計監査、内部統制監査、財務アドバイザリー業務に従事。その後、Eコマース領域で事業を展開するACROVEの創業期に参画し、主にCFOとして、M&Aエグゼキューション、資金調達、管理本部の立ち上げ及び統括、IPO準備等の業務に従事。 Mr. Yoshida joined our group in 2025. Prior to joining the group, he served as CFO at ACROVE, an e-commerce company, where he led a wide range of key management initiatives including M&A execution, fundraising, establishment and management of the corporate administration division, and IPO preparation.

He began his career at KPMG AZSA LLC, where he was engaged in accounting audits, internal control audits, and financial advisory services for Japanese multinational companies in the manufacturing, retail, and food & beverage industries.
