監査法人トーマツにて、金融機関に対する会計監査業務に従事した後、船井総合研究所にて、中堅企業向けの経営支援業務に従事。その後、デロイト トーマツファイナンシャルアドバイザリーにて、財務デューデリジェンス、PMI支援、M&Aアドバイザリー業務（みずほ証券への出向を含む）に従事。 Ms. Konuma joined our group in 2026. Prior to joining the group, she most recently worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, where she was involved in financial due diligence, PMI support and M&A advisory services, including a secondment to Mizuho Securities. Prior to that, she worked at Funai Consulting Incorporated, where she provided management consulting services to mid-sized companies. She started her career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where she was involved in accounting audits of financial institutions.
