三井住友銀行にて、中小企業に対する法人営業に従事。その後、デロイトトーマツファイナンシャルアドバイザリーにて、金融領域におけるM&A戦略立案やビジネスデューデリジェンス、JV組成支援等のコンサルティングに従事。 Mr. Uetoko joined our group in 2026. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, where he was involved in consulting services, including M&A strategy development, business due diligence, and JV formation advisory in the financial sector. He started his career at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where he was involved in corporate banking for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Mr. Uetoko received an M.B.A. from IESE Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
